For instance, today I was speaking with a Portland business owner in a specific industry who doesn’t have openings within her office but has a resume for an individual highly qualified ready to go. I told this individual to send the candidate my way because if we cannot bring them on as a BilingualHire Associate we’ll personally direct them to one of our colleagues who can, from accounting to .net developers.
Why? Because we want to make sure folks are working everyday to be able to put food on the table, provide for themselves/families and contribute to building awesome organizations, products/services. That’s our mission in the staffing business.
