Everyday an office has to send a potential client/customer to another place, due to a lack of bilingual personnel on the team that can make & and deliver the sale, is an unfortunate sale loss. But we could avoid it. Sure, some offices believe they can’t afford it. But what’s worst? Not hiring and not being able to ever make the sale or hiring and making the sale?
