David Molina is the Founder and CEO of BilingualHire, a Latino and veteran-owned bilingual staffing company. He is responsible for all business development, talent growth, web strategies and strategic partnerships. At 26, he co-founded the company as a bilingual recruiting and consulting firm providing executive search services for clients ranging from small businesses and non-profits to clinics and universities. He conducted numerous consulting/training assignments specializing in Latino cultural awareness helping clients better adapt and respond to the Latino community.
A native of Mount Vernon, Washington, he earned an Associates degree from Skagit Valley College and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Oregon State University (OSU). An active member of the campus-community, David served in student government (unsuccessful bid for president), Sigma Nu, and MEChA helping to recruit more Latinos and underserved/underrepresented students to OSU. In 2004, he earned an Officer Commission in Infantry through Army ROTC and has served in a wide range of assignments including Summary Court Martial Officer and an Aide-de-Camp to a general officer. Previously, he was Commissioner on the Oregon Commission on Hispanic Affairs (governor-appointed), a member of the OSU Presidents Board of Visitors (president-appointed) and President of the OSU Chicano/Latino Alumni (elected).
