Regional Retail Sales Account Executive - Comcast
***BilingualHire will perform initial interviews and refer selected individuals for a final interview with client Executives***
Seeking an organized and outgoing sales minded bilingual professional to maintain and develop new business for our client within the Portland Metropolitan area.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and increase sales volume from established National Retail accounts. Train retail staff on clients products including Cable, High Speed Internet and Digital Voice products, services and packages.
• Meet pre-established activity and results quotas.
• Implement sales goals and incentives programs with retailers.
• Provide point-of-purchase materials to retailers.
• Prospect and add new businesses to the Authorized Dealer Program.
• Organize, manage, and implement coinciding weekend sales event at multiple retailers using temporary labor and personally engaging with customer to drive sales.
• Ensure that materials are a timely and professional representation of company's Products and Services.
• Monitor competitive activity and market conditions, proving feedback and suggestions to management.
• Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or recognized equivalent; College degree in Marketing or Business preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years sales and/or training experience; business-to-business and/or commissioned sales experience a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record over the past five years and provide own transportation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated, independent and focused – remotely managed (Exempt position)
• PC proficient including Microsoft Office software; exposure to presentation software a plus.
Compensation: $30,000 to $50,000 yearly plus an excellent benefit package.
• $30,000 yearly salary plus up to $20,000 for meeting sale goals.
