Description

We are seeking various bilingual receptionist for our client with tax preparation offices all over the Portand Metro area; from Hillsboro to NE Portland.

REQUIREMENTS:
* High School Diploma or GED
* 6 months of continuous receptionist experience
* Good phone etiquette and experience with multi-line phone
* Fluency in both English and Spanish
* Basic typing
* Proficiency with Word software

PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:
* Some knowledge of personal taxes

JOB DUTIES:
* Perform job duties of a receptionist
* Provide customer service and communicate with Spanish speaking customers by phone or in person

HOURS: part-time and full-time positions most will be temporary but may be permanent for the right person

LOCATION: Office locations are available throughout the Portland Metro area
